That is insane.. Disappointing to hear that from Lexus... Did they tell you why its not transferable?

private party in San Jose, but all service was done at Lexus dealerships, so I had a full service history. car had a clean title and I checked for spot welds, uniform gaps between panels, etc. didn't sound like it needed a valve adjustment or anything either.
something to strongly take into consideration is the amount of life left on the pads/rotors. oem rotors/pads are ~$2k, but you can find raybestos rotors and project mu ns400 pads for $800 shipped. There are some slightly cheaper alternatives that will bring the price down to $700 or so. i had approximately 5,000 miles left on my pads before I had to replace them.

No they didn't. I assumed it was but I had a buyer that wanted me to verify thru Lexus. I called my dealer and they said the CPO ends as soon as new buyer registers the car, didn't give me a reason. My CTS-V CPO warranty is fully transferable, Lexus isn't very smart not letting the warranty transfer.

Guys - I cleaned up the for sale/WTB/trade posts. If you have a car to sell, we have the classifieds for it. If you WTB or trade, we have the classifieds for it. Let's not make the main forums into a market.
