Noticed In fuse box

Noticed In fuse box

Anyone have any idea of what this is? The 2 black wires go to the firewall. Haven't gotten a chance to trace them.

All I know is that where the arrow points, that connector if pulled out car will not start.

I found something similar in mine. A Directed Elec remote start. There were quite a few wires, so I decided to leave it as is.
