Neither. You can't tune the F so there no point. If u want proven power....get headers and exhaust. And if u still need more...get nitrous.

That was me initial gains were there but after 500 miles the ecu started to pull timing and power was lost. The only ecu that can be tuned is a JDM ecu. Sard and some other Japanese companies have tuned the ISF succesfully.
