Oh so this doesn't just cut out the drone frequency but quiets down the overall sound of the exhaust?

honestly not sure.. i dont mind the sound of the exhaust only because i love it so much. I just wanna remove the drone period and i'll forever be a happy man!!

Aren't cutouts used to make a stock exhaust louder, rather than to make a loud, droning exhaust quieter?

Cut-outs have nothing to do with drone, they're just actuated butterfly valves that allow *any* exhaust to operate in two modes.

How would it sound with resonator delete cat delete with sikky headers and stock mufflers?
