i'm running 15mm all around on my 2008 with OEM wheels.
I can't remember if the OEM studs were protruding out a bit or not but my wheels sit flush.

so most likely there are receding holes at the back to accommodate the oem studs.

this is the only pic i have available at the moment that shows the wheels. you can see the back is pretty flush with the body. the front is the same if the wheel wasn't turned.

Pretty sure it the same part number for the IS350. I am seriously thinking of getting spacers too. Most seem to have no issue but I did find a thread with someone having vibrations with them but he did have a **** load of other suspension mods and aftermarket wheels

Yup. I do. Perfect fit. No fender trimming and no rubbing.

^ for the 12+ it would be slightly different, since the wheels are wider... I do plan to get 245/275 combo, but hope I will not have any rubbing issues

I got the B2 auto design 15mm spacers on the stock wheels. No rubbing or any issues. No extended studs needed!
