hmm I thought all ISF had this, mine came with folding mirrors from the stealers.

I did this on my RSX-S, since I didn't want to pay for the factory switch and harness.
All it takes is 3 relays and a regular on/off switch of your choice.
Here's my diagram, hopefully it helps others:
