Default Quick tire fitment question! Please help!!

I found a great deal on some Ventus V12 Evo but the sizes are:.

255/40/19 front
285/35/19 rear

I am lowered on Swift springs. PLAN ON MOUNTING THESE TO STOCK WHEELS!

Main question is will they fit or will I regret it if I get them!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Oh and I did a search but found nothing much on the subject.

I had a set but for my Vossens, they weren't horrible, however they have really soft shoulders basically like butter and wore out quicker than I expected. I am sure others can chime in. Are these going on 2012+ wheels?

There's much on the forum on correct tire sizing. IMHO, I would do what you are contemplating. the aspect ratio is wrong on both the front and rear tires. If they were 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 you would be OK. The sizes you chose are both 1" too large in Overall Diameter. Stock OD is 26", the tires listed are 27".

I wouldn't use tall sidewall sizes on soft sidewall tires on a heavy car.

The V12's have always been cheap, I would steer away from it and put better tires on your car than those.

Well I just came across these locally for cheap. That is the only reason I was contemplating those particular sizes.
Would the differences in OD throw my speedo off or anything like that. Sorry to sounds like a newb, I just don't have a huge amount of tire knowledge

Your speedo will be off and your car the steering feedback will feel like a balloon.
