Love to pull trigger on headers but don't think extra noise makes sense for me. I have intake and Borla sounds good low rumble. I'd love headers but afraid wife would complain and want to use her is250 and park f. When I had my turbo IS300 it was like pulling teeth to get her to ride in it.

^ this is mostly my concern as well. I already have a Joe Z exhaust and it sounds great as is, but I am afraid the addition of headers will cause more drone at cruising speeds and I don't want that.

I've actually gone the entirely different route.

I installed my PPE Headers on stock exhaust and now I'm afraid of installing the Joe-Z exhaust and making the exhaust too loud.

I think headers on the stock cat-back is quieter than stock headers on an aftermarket cat back. Definitely aftermarket everything is the loudest option, and if you were to add a Joe-Z to your system the volume with certainly increase.

For those who interested in the PPE headers with Exhuasts, they will have to listen and set in one to decide it. I am in TN and sometime travel to Atlanta, feel free to contat me to check it out in person.

Once again my set up is "aFe air fliter, JoeZ intake pipe with OEM intake box, PPE headers, Borla full exhaust.

Shoot me a pm the next time you are in Atlanta. I would love to meet up and get a first hand experience with the sound level.
