Nice to hear that's TRUE customer service by Joe Z! VIP Auto Salon is "too" busy with SEMA projects for Lexus. They really shouldn't offer parts cause all I hear is bad news.

yup taking everyones money still while he works on SEMA projects what a crook I cant believe people still buy anything from VIP such losers

VIP AUTO SALON SUCKS
iv been promised to get my exhaust within 2 weeks
i had to wait 2-3 months for my exhaust to arrive after calling them day and night trying to get a respond from them
no answer on the phone no reply to emails very poor customer service

everyone should stay away from vip auto salon
