Default Magnaflow headers for CARB compliant ISF - or alternatives

I've seen some other threads for other cars saying that the Magnaflow cats can get clogged easily. Anyone heard of this happening?
And do give me a note if there are alternatives. I'm guessing not really

Feels like I'm screwed... looks like only Magnaflow is CARB compliant, no?

Perhaps the only answer is to get headers and then add in some CARB compliant cats like GESI or these..
Amazon Amazon
Not sure how that would fly

Why are you worried about CARB if you're in Texas

I just noticed something--those are high-flow cats and the one I'd be getting is probably going to be a risk. They're both ceramic though... which seems to be the problem.
