iPhone 5 BT connection problem
 

I just picked up my new 2014 IS250 F-sport and I connected my iPhone 5 with BT. The audio from my playlists works fine but when I make a phone call, I can't hear anything. The phone is connected, my phone book has been transfered and it shows the call is connected but I just can't hear a thing. Any help would be appreciated. This is my first time on this forum so forgive me if this has been asked and answered.

u posted in the wrong section this is for the ISF not 3rd gen IS...I don't think anyone will know what your problem is because we don't drive the new IS250 that you have. We are owners of the ISF not to be confused with F Sport models. hopefully someone can help you in the IS Third Generation section but good luck.
