Default Just installed Hankooks Ventus v12

All 4 and so far I think they are god awfull, I been reading some people over inflate them to make them stiffer I hope that works cuz I feel like I'm driving on sponges or four flats

Had Ventus V12 evo K110 on all 4 on the 08 ISF and they were horrible. Squirrely under moderate to hard acceleration, and slightly fast cornering just felt "greasy." I don't think this tire was meant to support the torque AND weight of the ISF. It won't matter what PSI you run on them, I think it's the construction of the tire isn't as good as the XL rating suggests.

Pay the extra for PS2, Super Sports, etc. It would be a waste to continue putting on miles on the ISF with the Hankooks.

lol

I feel your pain, I've tried Hankooks once in my previous car and never again will I go near them.

They are awful but then again you get what you pay for.

Hankook makes good tires, they just have soft sidewalls and the weight of the IS-F causes them to roll over.. but make no mistake they handle decently for the price. The soft sidewall is no indication of its grip level.. for example many lightweight cars run Toyo R1R but midsized or heavy vehicles running them always believes they have horrible grip due to the soft plushy sidewalls when they perform equally as well to the competition on certain vehicles.

Anyways, I'd up the PSI if I were you or sell them.

Well from my experience the Hankook's are ok for the first month or so (I was initially surprised)

But after that it's all down hill, on my G35 sedan the car would literally slip on every turn.

Personally I wouldn't go for anything other than PS2's or PS3's

I find my V12s decent for the price. If you are an aggressive driver, they won't suffice and would find soft aka aweful.

When I bought my ISF it came with Hankook V12's with about 2,000 miles on them. I drove on them for a month and thought they were awful. I immediately went to Discount Tire and they gave me a trade in allowance on some PSS's. What a huge difference!

Had these on my car since I bought it (11,000 miles ago) I assume the PS2's are just as good but these are the only two tires I would stick with on the F. One of the items you don't want to cheap out on.

Man I thought that 80 buck rebate going on for months is special deal to get it soon, but it sound could be deceived . I'm stick with Potenza RE760 series for my other cars then.
