I'd bet with that high mileage it is mostly highway - most likely somebody with a long work commute. If it was properly maintained, theres no reason it shouldn't be the original motor and transmission.

This car was used in a television commercial by (Name Your Own) Oil Company and lived on a chassis dyno day in and day out to show how well their oil protected the engine internals. Or, the mileage given was a typo

I'm not surprised, I expect all of ours will reach that mileage. But you notice they don't want us to see what the seats look like.

Price depends on the condition. I would say if the car does not need any significant repairs them that is a good price. If it needs significant repairs then I would say $20-$22k range would be fair.

While you're there, look into this 3-millionth mile of Irv Gordon’s ’66 Volvo P1800.

never heard of a car with that many miles still going for $25k plus, ha amazing the way these cars hold value.
Impressive and great to know the F can go the distance...unlike the Teutonic rivals.

Uh...I'm just curious? You know, for a car that has almost 80k more miles than mine, it's selling for only 25k. Mine has a KBB value of around that as well...so I just found it interesting.

Seriously? Not by a long shot buddy! I have 104k on my car now, and I think a few other memebers are getting close to 90k.

I think my IS F will be around 107k when she turns 5 this September.
