So a 16 wheeler blows a tire in front of me today on the 57 in so cal. and i must of ran over a bolt or screw causing the low tire light on my dash.

really frustrating that i have to check every wheel. my last ride told me whcih tire and what the pressure was on the dash,...

good news is imy tires are fine...but it seems that the tpms sensor was leaking. is that normal for a 4k mile car.

Not normal at all. I've never heard of a TPMS leak on this board.

With my last bmw, i had something from the road hit a valve stem that caused air to leak out. If that is what yo mean.

Debris are one of the reason why I don't stay directly behind big trucks. Them trucks be picking up small rocks that could put a chip on your F. What do you mean tpms is leaking??? Elaborate

the 57 freeway is horrible. too many big rigs and there's always s*** on the freeway.
