I believe theres a thread on here with someone parting out an entire ISF. He mentioned the interior was taken, but maybe you can ask about the tray?

May not necessarily help but, FYI the steering wheel badge is the same as the rear center console badge. At least it is on my '08.

I'm interested. I may order a new seat tray or reuse a badge from the exterior for a custom project.
