Im in ATL, but I dont have exhaust yet. I plan on getting the JoeZ. I think the Borla is to quiet for me, from what Iv read and heard.

I have also read, searched and YouTubed but would like to hear them in person before pulling the trigger!

Ya, I feel ya... Iv only ever seen 2 F's ever on the road lol. So I guess Im no help with the in person sounds

You cant go wrong with the Joe Z. Its the most popular exhaust for the ISF. Its build quality also is top notch. If you want something cheaper you can go with borla. You can get it new on ebay for $1015 compared to $1599 for Joe Z. The sound on the Joe Z is better by itself, but with PPE I like the borla better with lesser drone.

Im very happy with my Joe z but I do wish the had a full tip replacement option as the factory tips don't like the heat fomr headers and full exhaust on the track

I have a full Borla exhaust on my F, and i love it. I will be coming down to the Dobbins Airforce Base on April 3. Let me know if you would like to meet up to hear the exhaust.
