I agree with what you are trying to say here i think. What makes the paddles easier on the GTR is that they are stationary on the steering column...i always kinda wished they had done that with the ISF also, but im sure there was a reason they didnt.

Completely agree. Talking your hand off the wheel to shift with a **** is complete nonsense. Not only is it unsafe but your teaching yourself really bad habits if you ever want to track the car. There's a reason fomula 1 drivers use shift paddles. Its not unmanly or lacking in "the driver experience". Its the "winning experience".. Now if I could only master left foot braking...
