I have scrolled thru a few pages and I give up! What time is the meet going to start and what time will evertyone be arriving at dana point???????
Drphatmatt, we haven't set a time in stone yet to meet at SuperAutoToyz, but plan on it being early at around 6-7am. Probably about 30 minutes after the meet time we will all caravan/cruise to the BBQ location at Dana Point and that will take approximately 30 minutes of travel time. We will then enjoy the rest of the day there in Dana Point.
@ Tommy & Kody, I think its time we start setting exact meet times and figure out who is bringing what so everybody can plan accordingly.

Agreed...we do need to figure out who's gonna bring what. I think that who ever decides to bring "main course" items, maybe we should have a few members pitch in some money to pay for that.
With possibly over 50 members, if everyone brings something, it's going to be pretty insane and we're gonna be throwing away a ton of food. Pitching in for food also will allow people to bring more "main course" items so we have good stuff to eat rather than a bunch of $10.00 plates of food...
Maybe we can have 15-20 people or so donate $10 to Kody's since he's bringing a lot of food.
Depending on what is brought, a certain amount of people can pay that and then only a few people have to bring stuff. What do you guys think?
Nah , we do not accept any donation just come out and have fun, family , friends, . just bring whatever they can Maybe Namster can bring the icebox again lolz we need more ice lolz. Also since we going to have lots of ppls maybe we going to using 4 grills there lolz if that the case, any volunteers to help me cook lolz.
