Merged threads since they are both suspension related.
welcome to the forum. I haven’t had any of these suspension options, but I’m sure our members can help you out.

This may or may not help but I recently swapped out my 2010 OEM suspension for Tokico HP blue shocks and Swift springs. My buddy worked on the car while I've been out of the country so I have yet to feel how it rides and I also had some other suspension component upgrades as well during that time.

I’ve got TEIN Street Advance Zs on an 08 if that helps. It rides better than stock, spring rates are 504lbs/in which is slightly stiffer than stock and it has better dampening due to the 16way adjustable dampening. They reuse the top hats. I just wanted to drop the car to get rid of the slight wheel gap and improve ride quality. The 08 ride never bothered me plus I’m not picky, so these got the job done and satisfied my taste.
