The Takeda and the JoeZ are the only two aftermarket intakes that retain the secondary intake valve. I have had the JoeZ but now have and recommend the Takeda.

I have not noticed any rattling noise when I shut off my F.

Thanks for the heads up Lou. In the end I think I will be ordering a new intake sooner than later. In the end as long I know the noise is normal Im not concerned about it. What I do want to get fixed is that serpentine belt slip I get when I am in sport and manual mode.

Lou can I ask what you liked more about the Takeda over the Joe Z? Also is the Takeda a dry filter or oiled? Thanks Lou

I was intrigued by the design since it retained the stock intake valve, used a cone filter with a larger filtering area and is almost completely enclosed. Takeda uses a dry AFE cone filter. When I had the JoeZ I was using an oiled K&N flat filter. I have a friend with an Injen intake, and I like my Takeda better.
