When does your car roar? At 3,500 or 4,000 rpms?
Hi IS-F family,
I have a 2010 IS-F, and after taking it get an oil change at 20K, I noticed that it takes a little longer to hear that special roar.
I am trying to figure out if I am being paranoid of not, but I swear the secondary intake passage used to open up around 3,000 to 3,500 rpms. After my oil change (at Lexus dealership) I am noticing my IS-F roar around 4,000 rpms.
Is this something I should take the car in to get checked out, or am I just being paranoid ???
Thanks for your insight,
Nick

Thanks for the insight everyone.
Thinking I might have to take the car back in, but wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy first.
Trying to figure out how to reset the ecu now. Wish me luck!

Just messing bro! Good to know the exact RPM the secondaries open up. Very informative!
