It looks nice for a 5 spoke wheel. It looks clean, but is cheap and a quick internet search yielded no real results regarding build quality. If you just drive your car for show and won't push the limits, I'm sure they will be fine...but if you drive it like it should be, my first impression would be to spend money on a bulletproof wheel.

Its a nice looking wheel, but if you want quality in a 5 spoke concave wheel, I would get Vossen CV3s just my $0.02. You should post a pic so others can see what your talking bout. GL with your wheel choice bro!

As long as you like them on your car, that's good enough. The matte silver would look pretty good, I think.

I am also thinking about purchasing them for my F because I like the polished lip over the Vossen. They aren't too heavy, and they seem to have good reviews on other forums. My biggest problem is that I've heard conflicting data on if they'll fit on the IS-F with the big brakes.

Do you know if 19's will fit okay on our F's? If you are interested in buying them, let me know and we'll purchase them together at a better price.

Take it from someone who's owned white rims...you don't want white rims...especially with a 6-piston brake setup....

Yea I had a set of white Works on my STi for a while. It was hard to keep them clean. Also Vossen makes the CV3 in 19" now too.

The CV3 and Stance doesnt look bad, but it doesnt look good either. They look good on BMW, but you see them everywhere. Way to many people have them already. Even seen it on a Hyundai. You dont want to look like everyone else.

Hmm maybe in SoCal. I have yet to see another car with them here in Vegas. Wheels that look good usually are popular.

I was going to pull the trigger on the sc5 tomorrow morning, but the weight for 19's are 28lbs and 29 lbs and OEM wheel weight is 23lbs and 27lbs. That's just so much added unsprung weight that will slow me down. I'm going to hold out for forged wheels and pay ALOT more, because I don't want that unnecessary weight to cancel out my upgrades.

Does anyone else agree with my reasoning?

Yes. It's why I haven't bothered to replace the OEM wheels. They're not exactly super light, but they're not bad and most affordable options are heavier - even some of the less affordable options are heavier too.
