Aftermarket ISF wheel thread

Found a decent deal on some 19x9.5 ET40 Titan forged wheels. I've seen people do it with ET38 here but they had to shave their rears. Does the 2mm buy me much?
I could also do what a lot of folks have done here at go with some gram 18x9.5 ET38 wheels. I found a deal on those too. Definitely looking for some input!

I've recently picked up some new wheels and tires, and hadn't seen them on here yet. Titan7 TS5 in gunmetal grey/titanium. They came with a specific ISF "set". I should mention, it took a year to get them, as I'm guessing they're running them in small batches overseas.
Front:
19X9.5 with a +38 Offset
245/40/19 Tire recommendation
Rear:

275/35/19 Tire recommendation
With my factory suspension, there's a little bit of wheel lip sticking out past the fender, maybe 3-4 millimetres, around 1/8" inch for my non-metric friends. I added the yellow line on the last picture to show where the bodywork ends and the minimal amount of poke. If I was lowered with a touch of negative camber, I suspect the lip sticking out would disappear altogether. Because of potholes, I'm keeping the ride height the same, so I'll add a set of spats, or roll/stretch the fenders. Overall, really happy with the wheels though, and they are LIGHT. I went with the recommended tire specs. Watching ISFaster on Youtube I was tempted to run these Firehawks 10mm wider, and I think I would next time around.

It's unlikely you'll fit a 10.5" wheel without fender mods even if the offset is dead on +55 like the OEM wheels. Lexus did change the offset to +51 with the 9.5" wheels on the 2012 and later, but those wheels with 275/35/19 Michelin PS4S needed some help with one of my fenders. Adding an inch to the wheel will definitely require some careful fitment.
