Default 2012 ISF Exhaust

After almost 2 months of driving with the OEM exhaust (I was about to kill myself, the car is so boring this way), I finally replaced it... with an ISS DES.

This is not a review as we have plenty of them already in here.

First of all, coming from a custom (chopped) OEM exhaust, I can tell you that the ISS DES is quieter. The in-cabin noise level is way lower, outside noise... who cares! Drone was there before, so far I have no drone with the DES. Power is defenitely improved!!! I've been braking loose the almost-new PS2s quite often today, that didn't happen before.

Thanks to Janoy and his team for the great job, the extra hours at the shop were worth it (especially the "pan con lechon" and the orange... LOL). My wife wanted to kill me for the long stay, but who cares? Woman that doesn't complain is a man, so I'm happy that she's complaining all the time!

Now the pictures:

And a quick video around the block:

Did you have to remove this driveshaft cage in this picture....no one ever mentions this. I had to remove mine and wondered if everyone else is the same. I really can not see this exhaust fitting without removing it......just wondering?

I have both a '12 IS-F and ISS DES system on order. How did you handle the flange angle difference during the install? I've had my fair share of 2am 'WTF' moments installing parts on cars and would like to avoid another one if I can. Thanks!

Thanks guys for all the comments, I can't be happier with the results! Here are some answers:

My previous car was a black 08 ISF, however the picture on my signature is not my car, it's a great photoshop work... unless you've seen a coupe ISF on the road.
Very nice, and good info. Little confused, the pics are of a Red IS-F, but your sig it's black?
Sounds good, I'm available almost any day after work (5.30PM). PM me, maybe we can meet with Danny so I can measure temperature on both intakes.

So far I have no complains, let's see once the exhaust settles in a couple of weeks.

I guess it's possible to have the system without the tips, contact ISS Forged for more information. IIRC windows were up and A/C on during the video... Miami afternoons are HOT!

Yes I did, that part needs to go.

Forget about what I said before, you're fine, flanges and exhausts are the same regardless of year.
