Thanks!
Wheels are Forgestar CF5V in Gloss Black... 19x9 +35 (255/35) 19x10 +45 (285/30) |
I have to say... i think silver pairs best with carbon fiber. Others colors dont even come close.
The wheels really go with the overall scheme! Awesome ride zmcgovern4! |

Gonna put 245/30 on the fronts since theyre the same offset as yours |

On my old IS250 my rear was a 19x10.5 +45 and I had to run a 255 tire in the rear to not rub, but I was quite low. |
You may have to roll your fenders.

i would not run a 285 on that setup. You're going to be around 7mm more aggressive than my rear setup. I am not lowered in the rear, but I can still rub in the rear on large dips/bumps. My fenders are rolled flat. The previous owner of my wheels was lowered on swift springs and rubbed often. So with more aggressive wheel specs you are bound to run without some camber tweaks.

Hmm thats weird ive seen guys with the same specs i told you on here on the wheels thread and some are even 11" on the back and they said they never rubbed or adjusted the fenders.. Most tire places are saying i can go with 285 too :uh: BTW i forgot to mention mine are 20" not 19s |

When you mentioned the sizes above, I assumed 20"s. I'm running RCF 10" wheels in back with a 41mm offset and 295/30/19s S-04. Not lowered nor will I ever be. Fenders are rolled flat. I will rub when going fast on an extreme bump. On normal streets and the freeway I'm fine. I will rub with adults in the back seat on less than extreme bumps. I luv the setup. With the USRS bushings and the F-Sport rear bar, my F now handles like a slot car. I luv it.
Lou really eh? just cause ive seen guys on this forum that use the same set up and claim they dont rub at all and theyre lowered :uh: kinda confuses me.. One guy from a tire shop here mentioned stretching a the back tires to 255 |
