When I do get out there, you will want to stay far far away, as I am new to the sport lets say lol.

Nah, if you have an attitude like that, I am sure you're careful and safe.

It's the overconfident, trying to prove to the world how fast they are people that we all need to stay away from. Be smooth and get things right first, then start adding speed slowly lap by lap. I'm got an instructor for my first 2 sessions as I am new to this track to see what they think is the right line, then I try different lines to match the car's set up. Com'on out!

I was super nervous my first time out on the track but like he said - just be smart, stay focused, and don't try to do too much at once. The more experienced drivers passing me had no issues as long as I pointed them by on the straights.

I told my wife my next car will be a GT3 RS. She nearly slapped me since I just got my M3 a few months ago.

There is no other car I passionately want!

I'm with you on that!

I'll be back at the Ridge with the ISF on Friday April 6th. I'll be driving the GT3 with the Porsche Club April 7th.

Do join on the 6th! Happy to give you a ride in my car if you would like to show you lines, etc. I've never seen another ISF on any track even I've been to. Would be awesome to have another one there.

Man I wish the 997 GT3's were as cheap as ISF's.. I would have got a P-car if that was the case! Used 997's are going for a minimum of $75-80k...which was way above my budget when I was car shopping last year. Even the 996 GT3's are $55k at the lowest.
