HELP !! Front Tire Rubbing On Plastic
I have just slammed my car a little bit lower on the front today
It rubbed on the plastic so i decided to take it off and moved my HID ballast to a safer place
But it is not safe enough and the ballast is off right now because of rain
Is it safe to take it off the plastic cover?
What should i do if i want to keep the low but not rubbing?
Thanks

The plastic cover keeps all the dirt/rocks/water ect out. I wouldn't run w/o it.
Do you have a pic of the front? What rims/tires are you running/specs?
To keep low: it depends now. Usually a fender roll would be good enough. If your offset are too low and tires are too wide then you'd have to do fender mods. Like pulling/cutting the fender. Smaller tires would be next. Finally would be buying new rims with the propper offset

The wheels and tires are 20x9 with 235/30/20 Falken and 20x10.5 with 285/25/20 Falken
Is it possible to do the fender mods on the plastic? thanks
The tires seem fine. What are the rim offsets? Thats gonna play a big part.
On a full turn does it touch the plastic or the fender? You gotta find out whats actually rubbing. When you roll the fenders you sometimes gotta trim the plastic.
Watch out when you go into garages or steep angles cause you might mess up that fender when the spring compresses

Yeah it touched the plastic
So we can trim the plastic? because i've never heard about this before
From the sounds of it I think its safe to assume that you have very low offset front rims. Take a look at the contact patches where the tires are touching, and either trim or heat with a heat-gun and mold them. Rather than trimming on my 09 Denali, I heated the wheel well plastic until is was malleable enough to form. Definitely took longer than a dremel, but kept my engine bay and fenders clean.
