Lexus Has Poor Radio Reception
Its a common problem with Lexus with bad radio reception.
I just got a 2013 ES 350 loaded. I'm having the same exact problem. No tint no nothing. Its going back to the dealer tomorrow.
I dont have anything special, thought it was my GPS device interfering with it, but its not it. Seeing how you guys have the same problem, Lexus knows about it.

possibility it could be the tints, there is a certain tint that interferes with the electronics, or there is an antenna in the rear winshield, they could have damaged it putting the tints on
