I was wondering what mp3 players members are using that work with the 11&12 nav.. my iPod works but my sansa clip doesn't. It doesn't play or show files or folders. While driving I can scroll songs/ playlists on the nav screen only with iPod, not with USB flash drive.. anyone know why.. are there other mp3 players that work with 2011 ISF and allow one to scroll while in motion?

Why not just use the ipod?

Because iPod sound sucks, doesn't play flac file format as does sansa, and was curious as to why this feature of scrolling while in motion is limited to iPod: sounds like monopoly to me: does the Lexus system only support apple products?

I believe the 2010 ISF has the same hard drive based navigation system so I will comment...

I use my android phone- I sync with bluetooth and with the USB cable.

I have synced my android via Bluetooth but no information is displayed on the nav screen when playing.. the USB to android doesn't work.. did you change your phone settings for USB& does it display song info? Thx!!

AFAIK Lexus sound systems integrate to iPod/iPhone/iPad only, everything else will be treated as an external hard drive, hence the system will see only mp3 files.
