I pm'd mitch on here about the same thing because I have placed an order for the des but I was curious because he switched from qes to des. While he couldn't provide sounds clips, he said it's insanely loud and not something I'd want. Might be because he has sikky headers as well though

I also switched from the QES to DES. I live in N. Dallas, if you want to hear it. My F is a daily driver, and it was really nice and aggressive at first, but after some miles on it, it began to really annoy me. It got to the point where my wife didn't even want to ride in the car anymore. The 2K rpm range had a real loud interior DRONE. The new DES system still retains the aggressive sound and the performance still is there (no dyno results) using butt dyno. If you don't drive the car that often then you can still get the QES system. If you plan on driving the F for a while then get the DES system. Janoy is the man, they have GREAT customer service and really listen to customer feedback and design accordingly. I am sure Joe-Z does as well. It is nice to have both of these companies dedicated to customers and actually own the F.
