Nice man glad you got it taken care of.

All of these Washington state ISF's are killing my rarity factory.

I know. I have seen three 2011 or 12's on the road in the last week. And as I was leaving the dealership today a red one pulled in with 08-09 wheels. There seems to be more and more around lately.

More like I had issues with one of the dealerships in WA kept messing scratching up the cosmetics of the instrument cluster bezel cover and the silver trim on the steering wheel.

They finally gotten the cluster part perfected, no scratched - only the silver trim remains. This time, they ordered the trim for me and asked me to find somoene else to do it for them since they are as nervous to touch my car; once it gets installed, I send them the invoice and send them the scratched part back.

It's more they were not careful enough. I still currently have the the silver trim on me in the box and have yet to install since I did not get around to doing to replacing it yet.

Dude,

There is no if about this one. Call Lexus Corp and tell them what happened.

You will have a new wheel and tire within the week...trust me.

I just went in to pick my car up from it's 30K service at Lexus of Pleasanton. As I was doing the walk around I noticed that my left front rim was scratched as well. Luckily, my service advisor was right there saying we will fix it. Although it sucked to see those wheels damaged, they are doing the right thing without giving me the run around.

My GS had defective dashboard clips. After the first go, the engineers flew out from Lexus to personally inspect the car and they got it right.

The F is a flagship car for Lexus. If the dealer does not immediately order the replacement wheel and tire, call customer relations at Lexus. You will get action.

Just picked up the car today and all is good. They repaired the wheel and you can't even tell that anything was done to it. I tried like hell to feel and see if I could find the gash, but I couldn't.

Now lets just see if it holds up...
