Yup its a Wedsport SA-55M in BBM machining. My wheel setup is as follows:
19x9 +38mm
19x10.5 +42mm

Very nice wheels....you are right about the center cap....doesn't look right....

I like them, nearly actually brought a set but ended up pulling out of the dealing.
They do look aggressive though would be interested to see if they rub with something a little wider.
Either way look nice.
