It is not counterweighed. This coming from the guy that has had all 3 shift ***** lexus produces.
The stock on in the IS250
The stock one in the IS-F (perforated leather is the only difference from the IS250)
And the f-sport **** (weighs a little bit more and has nice grip in the front of the **** facing the stereo-lastly it can be cranked down very far which gives it a sportier look)
