^^Good point and I second this. I had not thought about tire pressures because the factory recommendation is so readily available (driver's door jamb). I have the Michelins on one Supra and the Bridgestones on the other. I have done many back to back comparisons and the Michelins are superior in every important respect (not saying the RE050A Pole Position is not a very good tire; it is, just not as good as the PS2s).

The difference is 1.3% in the front and 2% in the rear. The mileage should be within 1k for every 50k.

Can't decide now. I really want to upgrade to these and do the larger size but I had just put new fronts on my OEMs like 5000 miles ago and now the rears only have about 3000 left. They are Continental ContiSport Contacts. New rears would be 616 or all new is 1337 hmmmmmm.

OEMs unfortunately. I wanted to go 245/275, but money is super tight right now. Some spin should be expected when they are brand new, but after a few thousand miles I would think it would subside considerably. Are my expectations off?

KJH, it happens in both regular and sport modes, and it's obviously more pronounced in sport. I agree about the Tire Rack article, and that is why I was so pumped about these tires. I've got a free alignment available, so I should probably take advantage of it. Thanks for the reminder! I'm going to call the guy right now. *** EDIT --> crap. The guy is out of the office until tomorrow morning, so I'll try again then.

That was the reason I picked PSS over PS2 at the first please, considering we have 200+ raining days here all year long.

But it might just the wrong setup on KW since I have no issue with PS2 on OEM wheels and suspensions.

I will try different suspension/alignment set up soon. If no go, I will switch back to BS RE11, had a lot of fun with RE01/11R before on my previous cars.

I've only driven it about 50 miles so far but these tires are much quieter than the stock Potenzas and the car seems to corner flatter too. For those of you who are also running the Super Sports, what tire pressure do you use? Mine are at 36 psi but I'm thinking of going to 40-42 psi.
I don't think the difference in sidewall stiffness is enough to reduce body roll.
