Hey guys, I have searched the forums but cant seem to find an answer.

Keep it in manual mode all the time. Don't know any other way.

push the display button while in manual mode until it comes up (in auto mode it will just show what gear your in)

Or play Gran Turismo 5... The dash shows the F logo even if you're on automatic mode!
