KanSmart has other products for sale at Amazon. Also it says Iridium in the title and Platinum in the description. Stay Away

Advance Auto has Denso Iridium TT Spark Plug: IKBH20TT (they are the right Iridium TT plugs for our cars according to Denso) on sale for $6.49 each. I can't imagine beating that deal for a genuine Denso plug.

But, with my Problematic eBay plugs, I'm not sure what I will do
when it's time to change.Went to Denso's web site, and they list the stock plug as Long Life.

It's definitely a little confusing. On the TT specific site, they say they last 100k miles, but Lexus says our OEM plugs last 60k. What should one believe?

^^^^Well, Advance Auto just made up my mind for me. I put 8 of the plugs in my shopping cart, and let them sit while I posted here. Then, I got an eMail from Advance offering me a special 20% discount good for the next 72 hours. Final cost now $41.54 for all 8 plugs. So, I bought 'em My eBay plugs, even though they look genuine, will probably remain in my tool chest.
When I pick them up, I'll post pics of the differences.

Changed my plugs with the newer TT plugs from denso on saturday. So far, seems fine. I had about 57k on the stock plugs. The tips were grey and consistent. New plugs seem to perform the same as the stock ones but I have yet to put the car through its paces.
Hate having to undo the battery though and google how to get rid of the seatbelt chime (garage is around back and I wash the car in the front).

There is a way to do this so you don't lose anything. You still disconnect the battery, but apply power through the main fuse box so nothing gets lost. Works a charm for me.

Spade connections. Alligator clips are going to get hit by people working on the car and snap off. There's a silver colored male spade connection pointing straight up a little toward the firewall almost in the middle of the main fuse box. I connect a battery charger to this and another connection to ground (anywhere will do, if you have a ring terminal, all the better, just remove a bolt, put the ring terminal on the bolt and reattach). I kept power on my car for two weeks while intermittently working on the valve lash inspection. It held everything just fine.
