I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for speaking in a clear and complete sentence, with no "text style abbreviations"...

A little off topic, but this isn't necessarily true. While there aren't shops specializing in the IS-F here, there is at least one excellent shop, Autoworks. Matt maintains all of my cars (including my crazy projects and high horsepower builds) now that I'm too busy to deal with anything. They can handle custom fabrication and do amazing work. Getting a last minute appointment can be tough sometimes though. PM me if you ever don't want to just do it yourself and need contact info.

They did an amazing job for both installs.
I want to do the exact same thing to my F. Have an 08 looking for headers, intake, exhaust and a small nitrous shot. How large of a shot are you running? If you can I would be interested in knowing the cost independently of each of the mods you have performed.

On a side note, have you had any concerns with the nitrous, especially as you put more miles on your car?

If I could do it again I would buy a hps intake not injen to keep the 2 stage air box. not port the intake manifold and spend the money on a direct port nitrous set up instead with all the nitrous controlling electronics my set up does hav. I would still by sikky headers and I might vary a little on the exhaust from Joe z, don't get me wrong, it is a killer exhaust company but tracking the car with headers and no cats kills factory exhaust tips which add up after a few sets. With the described set up you would put down between 525-600 wheel with similar tq.

Intake will run 150-300 bucks.
Headers 2000-2300 depending if you need new o2 sensors installed
Exhaust can very a lot depending if you buy a system and what brand. do a muffler delete, whatever route you go.
Nitrous system professional installed will run you around 2k with auto opener/bottle heater/gauge/upgraded plugs... the whole 9. It will be 3-4000 if it's a direct port system with all the gadgets.
I have a wet shot on a digital controller and run 100 shot on 93 and 150 shot on ms109 race gas. With direct port it would be 150 on pump 200+ shot with ms109

Thats the short of how you get a lot of power in a isf

I went up and visited the shop a couple weeks ago, guys are awesome and the shop looks great. I'm thinking about having them do a custom exhaust for me.

Take your car to India...seems like they're the only one's spending the money to get gains as close to the GT-R....AND THEY'RE PROVING IT.

When did India move to Bahrain? Is that a 400m run or the full 402.336m?

And yes, we've seen this car here before.

Welcome Chow70! You should come join the Wednesday night meets, details posted every week in the NELOC section. Regarding about headers a few of us members in NJ had our headers installed at Bulldogs Motorsports and they're located near Clifton Commons.

Like I said... No one, considering gtr's are making 1400 hp and running 8s... Ever heard of AMS, switzer performance, boost logic. There is no isf no matter how modded keeping up with a highly modified gtr.Of course I've seen that car. I prob own one of the top 20 fastest isf on a drag strip in the world and sorry but it's no gtr

if you read what he wrote, he is correct. he didn't say highly modified gtrs, he said as close to the performance as a GTR, which is 11.1 .

Congrats on the purchase anyway intake/exhaust and hearders should yield about 500 crank hp.
