Never mind that..why the hell did they replace the coolant at 30K?
The complaint is not a matter of finding a Lexus dealer that will do it cheaper, its finding one that is not ripping you off by servicing items that are not required.
Perform initial coolant replacement at 100,000 miles or 120 months then, replace every 50,000 miles or 60 months thereafter.
Go back and get your money refunded on the coolant service and the differential - there is absolutely no climate influence on these systems that necessitate fluid changes earlier than Lexus otherwise specifies.
