Are there any major (or minor) changes from 2010 to 2011, besides the following

Gauge cluster
Seats
LED DRL, AFS delete
Suspension

I had seen some speculation/discussion that the front bumper was changed slightly but I really don't see a difference. Am I missing something? Besides the changes above, is there anything else that is different that I missed? Thanks in advance...

I have a MY 2010 and I have the USB input so I don't think that is new to 2011

Major change is in the suspension & automotive journalists have lauded the changes . Also in 2010 LSD was added but it was part of vdim; for 2011 it is a mechanical Torsen LSD .

Thanks for the responses. I am confused regarding the lsd though, I believe its the same in 2010 and 2011?

I am torn on a few things, I think I prefer the 10 all leather vs the 11 suede. I like the 11's darker metal trim, and the headlight housings look good. I am not as fond of the LEDs though, and I really like AFS(2010)

I wonder if the changes for the 11 affect the fitment of the 08-10 aftermarket coilovers?

this is not true. 08/09 models had electronic diffs. The torsen diff was introduced in 2010 (the reason I got a 2010) and remains unchanged for 2011.

^^ Yep, same Torsen LSD in '10 and '11, same USB port, same gen6 Nav.

One of the big changes for 2011 was steering input more precision not as vague.

Alcantara inserts are optional. You may certainly have your '11 with all leather.

Interesting. i wonder if it's a regional thing? I havent seen any '11's with all-leather down here yet!

Certainly possible. Basically, Japan ships what Lexus NA requests and there will often be regional differences (other than the fact that every dealer wants 'em optioned up!).

Not too many F cars around here (tho one of my colleagues has LFA!!) and haven't seen other '11s except the one (also Alcantara) my dealer traded with Houston Northside for my car. But according to the website seats can be either all leather or have Alcantara inserts (no cost option).
