Audio buttons don't work / ipod disappears
 

For the past few months, the these issues have gotten much worse:

- Steering wheel audio buttons don't work
- ipod "disappears" as a source
- Steering wheel cell phone buttons don't work
- Volume dial will not work

I have the Vaistech ipod adaptor and the NAV override. How should I best proceed?

It sounds like the harness might be loose. You can try and reprogram the Vais first. If it doesn't resolve the issue, you might want to check the connection. Hopefully, the Vais unit is not defective.
