for rotors I would suggest OEM (Brembo) or Brembo
What do you mean by brakes? Is it pads you are after ? If so HPS are quite good

www.ctbrakes.com

Carbotech is what most I know are running, with great results. (For Brake Pads)

A couple have used different brand rotors... not sure which, I'm sure they'll chime in soon though.

I thought about getting the HPS from Hawk but changed my mind because they don't have an application for the rear brakes.

I want to say someone purchased a set of rotors from 'www.rockauto.com' not sure of the brand.

It may be in that other link that was posted... can't remember... but from what I remember they seemed to say the aftermarket rotors were fine.

Only thing is they are 'no longer' left and right for the hole vents... they are the same direction.

Peace,
Dave

I use the Raybesto ones. No problem at all with fading. I haven't used them on the track yet. But they worked great on a mountain run I did.

I have Prodrive brake pads (winmax) which I got from a local Prodrive Japan dealer. Prodrive has 3 compounds available for both front and rear calipers if the IS F.

I suggest checking your rotor spec and NOT replacing them if they are still in spec (I assume you haven't already changed your pads once, so you should only be around 20k miles...likely you have 1-1.2mm of spec wear left.
I did a simple pad swap and bedding procedure and they are quiet, low dust, and fee great. Couldn't be happier.

+1. VERY unlikely the discs are worn out.

The price on the OEM rotors has jumped considerably in the last couple of months. I bought mine for $197 each before the price increase. The same vendor now lists them at $321 each. I'm getting mine cryo treated right now.

Rock Auto sells Raybestos discs. They are functional equivalents, but I do not know if they tolerate road course abuse as well as the Brembo discs do. Either will be fine for street and drag racing.
