There is no reason that someone doing the swap wouldnt give the buckles up anyway. For a set of F rear seats I would swap the whole rear interior.

I've fit 4 in the back with a cushion that I always keep in my trunk but all 4 in the back were girls! At some point though the suspension would sag quite a bit is my guess.

Has anyone completed this mod ?

I just wanted to confirm if there were screw holes for the middle seat belt and buckle. Sounds like the rear bottom cushion would fit fine.

You can swap the entire seat from any 2IS but not just the seat bottom, the two don't line up the same. I did this mod since I have a carseat and didn't want the carseat to ruin the F seats. You will need to add the middle seatbelt and upper deck that matches or modify the existing if you plan to use the seatbelt. I didn't look into the belts in my case. Also, Lexus changed the headrests around 2009 / 2010 I believe and the earlier don't fit the latter, and vice versa. So might want to make sure to get the matching headrests as well.
