Yes they're the same overall size as the originals. As to whether it was hard to do, I direct you to my (long-winded) original posting of the install process.

lol... just having a little fun with the original post. Some people take themselves way too seriously on various car boards...

Yeah I wanted them since the '09 IS's came out. Compared with the aftermarket mirror signals these look SO much nicer. I didn't think it would end up being something I'd try putting on until I came across one side for sale brand new. But now I'm happy Lexus never put them in the F, 'cus mine is a rarity!

personally im not a fan of these
I hate the yellow of the turn signal in my peripheral vision when turning at night
but good work
must have been fun

Too small for the ISF IMO, I hate those mirrors so bad lol. I got rid of them on my 09.

Looks good. I've been considering the aftermarket option. I would definitely be sold on these if I can get that chrome part done in black chrome.

You can't see them blink when you're in the car. (The front seats at least, not sure about the back). It's actually designed quite well in that the signal is visible to people in front AND back of you but you can't see it yourself.

The mirrors (both the mirror itself and the painted shell) are the same size as the original IS-F mirrors. Actually if you include the signal portion which protrudes out a bit, it's slightly wider.
