Key Fob Stopped Working
I was waxing the car earlier today,I had the key in my pocket the whole time. It was about an hour. When I finished the key would not lock or unlock the door. So I replaced the battery still not working. Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

I had the same issue happen to me about a month back. I stopped by the service department at a nearby Toyota and had the battery replaced for $5. It took all of 10 seconds to replace. To this day, no issues. Hope this helps.

u might want to call roadside since both your keys are not working...if your battery is low hold the key fob close to the start button for a couple of seconds and press the start button.

Are you putting the key near your cellphone? Cellphones will kill the chips in the keys if they are close enough for a long enough time.
