just wanted to give a short review of my brake setup right now, everything was done at 25k. a little early but I figured ill just do everything at once plus the squeaking pads started to annoy me.
parts as listed
raybestos rotors front and rear
stoptech pads front and rear
stoptech stainless steel lines front and rear
motul rbf 600 brake fluid
install was pretty straightforward although I had to bleed the brakes twice because I had to do it the old fashion way.
there is a definite difference in dust, I was say the stoptechs somewhere between half to 3/4 less dust than oem.
so far I put about 500 miles on the new setup and I haven't heard any squeaks.
noticeable breaking performance increase also. the bite is better than oem and pedal feels firmer

I got four weekends out of my front rotors - rears were fine - and if you put real racing pads in the calipers, you'll get two weekends out of a set at a very hard track.

Well I measured my rotors tonight and turns out I am not even close to needing rotors. Fronts are 29.72mm somehow. I have no idea other than maybe the dealer replaced the front rotors and pads when it went for sale as a CPO. The rears are 26.91mm so still half life left almost. Just going to buy new pads all around and call it a day I guess. This is with 79k miles (55k which I put on since purchase) on the car however at least 3/4 or more of that highway miles. I guess I need to drive my F harder.

I'm going to be switching my rotors over to the FIGS/ 2-piece rotors in the next few day and I need to find a street pad to go with them. RB states that ceramic pads are not recomended with the FIGS rotors so that means it' s unfotunatly time to give up my Wearever pads..... I really like those pads and have enjoyed not cleaning my wheels.
I would like to get something that has low dust for the street and I plan on swapping pads for track days next spring. Stoptech seems like the best option right now and I did a search but couldn't find much long term feedback on those pads. It seems like everyone has the Wearevers now!
Can someone using the Stoptech pads give some feedback on how they are performing? Noise, dust, cracking, ect.

I have read this entire thread and don't think I found a good answer to my question. I just want new pads. My rotors are fine. I want close to stock feel and grip, much less dust, and no squeals. I don't track it (yet) and just need to get new pads as my squeal indicator is driving me nuts. Carobotechs or Wearevers perhaps? Stoptech reviews seem mixed and I'm guessing Raybesto's are more for the track.
Also, I never heard if anyone could explain the new OEM part number and if they have less dust. Sewell still lists the old -120 part number. Do 2012's and 13's dust as bad as older models?

^^^^ I think based on your needs the Wearevers pads will do the trick and will have the least dust.
I have had OEM, Wearever ceramic and most recently Stoptech pads/Figs rotors this year.
The Stoptech brake very good and haven't made any noise yet but they are more dusty then the Wearever pads. OEM pads are way to dusty for me.
