Default From 350 to F (with mods!)

So this is my return to CL. I traded in my modded 350 at the beginning of the year for an '08 IS-F. After laying low for a few months and working on the car here it is.

Mods are:
Auto-Couture lip
Eibach Pro-Line springs
20" VIP Modular VR03 wheels- 20x9 front and 20x10 rear
Nitto Invo's- 245/30/20 front and 285/25/20 rear
Smoked (painted) tail lights
LED DRL's, city lights, and rear turn signals
Hoen fogs
30% tints

The 20" VIP Modular VR03's are the centerpiece of the car. They have a color matched lip, USB pinstripe, and brushed face with the intent to match the "F" badge color scheme. Thanks to the guys at In Sixth Gear and VIP Modular for such great work and help. The wheels are custom cut and as I said custom painted 3 piece wheels and the wait was worth it.

And here was my IS350. I loved this car but counted the days until I could get into an F. The IS line is incredible and I am absolutely a Lexus owner for life now.

Mods:
Eibach Pro-Line springs
19" Giovanna Sabina wheels
Greddy SP2 exhaust
30% tints

This forum is great and I look forward to sharing some great F stories!

I love the way those rims look on your ISF. They are just casual but still very aggressive and I like it a lot. Now throw and exhaust on that thing and make it purrrrrrrrrrr.

Looks nice, do you experience any rubbing with the tires and what are the offsets on those?

No signs or sounds of rubbing. The typical bump from time to time over choppy train tracks, etc. I'll get the off-set info from ISG.

Your F looks great.

I will be putting Eibach springs on my car in the coming weeks. Did you have it re-aligned after, and have you noticed any unusual tire wear issues?

First of all thanks. I had a Lexus dealership do the work and they did do a realignment afterword. I did end up paying more with Lexus but the cost was worth it knowing the experts were doing the work. I saw no unusual wear and the car felt as tight as it did before the swap. You will be happy. I wish my front drop could have been more, but any lower and I know I would have serious scraping problems. After the work and the springs settle post some pics.
