Yes, I am. OEM Brembos are not (nor were they ever intended to be) the same as the GT system brakes. They're spec'd, designed, and manufactured in completely different parts of the world.

No, it isn't. The larger two-piece disc is still lighter (by a good bit) than the OEM one-piece disc. You'd know this if you actually had any experience with Brembo GT kits and held them both. The difference is noticeable.

Looks hott, in my opinion it looks very nice, but i feel like the Wald front lip copies the c63 amg too much, but thats my opinion, Im going for the entire ventross kit

I keep on studying the silver CF BRANEW kit, but I always come to the same conclusion - I don't like it.

Everything else looks hot (Joe - drop your car! )

maybe it's just the combo of yellow brakes, black CF emblems, blacked out headlights, and then silver CF lips all around? i think the lips looks good, but something is not matching perfectly but it has a real mean stance!

absolutely correct. i was going to say the stock brakes are good but they are nothing like the GT. the 2 piece rotors with aluminum hats are considerably lighter than the 1 piece stock setup, and with better thermal capacity and probably better cooling, it's definitely better for more intense use

not to mention the sick color!

Both IS-Fs were fixed up properly. If you disagree on how it should look aesthetically, it's all fair game since everyone has a different taste. Unfortunately, some of you guys expressed your opinions without doing your research.

BTW, Joe, you need a drop real bad.

Both IS-F are great in person. Love the Wald kit because its aggressive as hell, but I love the look of the blue on sliver carbon of the Brandnew w/ the yellow Brembo. Make the car pop. Phil don't worry what other people opinion, we mod our cars for us not anyone else.
