Help installing Illuminated Door sills
^That's the issue, finding the ground. I didn't have the wiring diagram, and didn't want to start splicing wires blindly, and compromising his electrical system. Having them light up "individually" wasn't really a concern, since the closed door blocks you from seeing that they light up individually anyway...

The Illuminated Sills do not light up individually, when they are plugged into the 2IS with built in option... (Oem)
They both light up when any front door is open.
I didn't test the back doors yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if the same happens.
But basically, when you open the drivers door, the passenger sill is light as well, even if that door is closed. (works vice versa too)
That’s because they are wired through the same junction box that controls the door light switch on the sunroof control panel.

But basically, when you open the drivers door, the passenger sill is light as well, even if that door is closed. (works vice versa too)
