An odd question....
What is the volume of air flow into the Trunk of the IS-F when the trunk lid is closed? like is there a vent anywhere in the trunk that allows fresh air in? or is it sealed up?

All passenger cars have the pressure relief vents in the side of the rear quarter panels in the rear body/trunk area. Most Lexus' they are on the lower side section behind the bumper cover. This allows you to open and close your trunk freely without getting air siphon effect. If you were to ever remove your bumper cover off, if you open and close any door or trunk, you will see the vent flaps open up.

one more, Hypothetically speaking, say i purchase the Artisian TT rear mount kit, cut 2 holes on each side of the trunk and route the air filters to INSIDE the trunk, do you think there would be enough air flow into the trunk to allow for proper airflow into the turbines and engine with out causing any loss in power ?

The trunk flaps allow air out. They could let some air in, but they're not going to flow as much as you might need to make 500 hp. You would probably need to modify or remove them to ensure enough flow.
