Default 358 rwhp and 338 rwtq - My ISF

I finally had the chance to dyno my IS-F and I was pleased with the results. Straight off the highway and onto the dyno, she made an impressive 358 rwhp and 338 rwtq. Thought you all might be interested in the graph...

What are the readings with some smoothing added to the graph? The numbers are always higher when set to 0. How many runs did you do?

Almost 360whp very impressed I'm guessing about 17% or so drivetrain loss. My goal is to get 400-420whp without a turbo/supercharer setup which could be accomplished with intake, exhaust, headers, ecu tune. I guess I have to wait to see whats released....

cayman - 354.55 with smoothing set to 5...I always 0 is out as that is the most true reading with no "smoothing" guesswork...

Crazy - you know, I'm not sure...one one hand it's an automatic and on the other hand the convertor locks and therefore it should be like a 6-speed. Tough call to be honest.

Lex - keep us updated!

LOL ok.. just didn't think an engine would make constant power spikes up and down like that, so I figured a smoothing would be just as accurate. Nice numbers either way.

Peter, IS-F is making some good power there. Isn't that more than what your Quick Silver did stock back in TX2K6? Not bad for a stock car.

Oleg Kouznetsov set the record for bone stock at 345 hp in Vegas (SILV '01?) AFAIK.

Stock Supra's typically make 280-320 rwhp. I've dyno'ed 4 of mine and they were all in that range. AFAIK Oleg never made that much BONE STOCK.

That was the buzz. Unfortunately I wasn't there. Tozer posted it a very long time ago. Mine did 330, but that was with a Mueller flywheel and a bleeding VSV. It should have done that...

Nice numbers on the IS-F, Peter!

lobux - yea, that's about right, 330 with minimal mods is standard on the Supra.

Richie - thanks!

ISF84 - SPORT mode, all traction off, 6th gear...I used 6th b/c it's 1:1
